The staff was helpful in moving our bags and the shuttle to and from the airport was really convenient. We would definitely stay again. "

"I absolutely loved my The Royal Sonesta Minneapolis downtown. The front desk clerk was extremely helpful and friendly, my room was beyond amazing. Water pressure in the shower was great and I saw no signs of mold. The carpet was well vacuumed, no crumbs. I woke up in the middle of the night, super thirsty and remembered there were complementary water bottles in my room. Plus the hotel was extremely aesthetically pleasing. I didn’t eat there but the restaurant smelled amazing. I’ll be staying here every time i come back to Minneapolis. Beyond happy with my stay"

"BEST STAFF IN MINNEAPOLIS!! Our family loved staying at this hotel during our visit to Minneapolis. Awesome continental breakfast, generous checkout time (12pm), two indoor swimming pools and two hot tubs w/ towel service, and most importantly a safe walkway to Mall of America. Additionally, there is a TGI Friday’s and IHOP attached to the hotel."
