"There was virtually nothing left at 8AM no eggs 2 sausage and no bread we had to wait for staff to come in and they were rude saying well it was just full. Then it was so cold in the breakfast area you could not sit and enjoy your breakfast when some was finally ready. "

"Nobody knew how to get smart TV to work. No counter space in bathroom. Blinds were broken. There was used coffee pod in the coffee pot. "

"Great stay for a work show up here. The property staff were friendly and accommodating. I received multiple clear communications about check-in and check-out that made our experience very smooth. Facilities are clean and well kept. No major concerns or issues. I'd stay here again."

"This hotel is under new management. They have not a fantastic job renovating it. There is a great deal of attention paid to every detail by the manager. The rooms are very clean The beds and the linens are very clean and new they have coffee makers microwaves range in the room. The manager pays personal attention to almost everything that goes on in that property. I do not believe that any location is 100% perfect. Every place has room to improve. We got a decent deal for the hotel for our stay. We specifically reserve this resort so that we could enjoy the hot tub. We did enjoy it for the first evening that we were there and then the hot tub broke for some reason and we were unable to use it for the rest of our trip. That said I will 100% go back. That should tell you how I feel about the property."

"The staff was amazing at the front desk and in the water park. Breakfast was pancakes, biscuits& gravy, fruit, yogurt, cereal, several different bread options. The water park might consider allowing adults in after 9pm especially for the hot tub and lazy river. "

"We did not have an arm chair in our room, only a desk chair. It seemed odd. Very clean Hole in bathroom door Handle in shower was barely able to turn off water. Glad that curtains did not cover the heating/cooling unit."
