“Fully stocked kitchen, they thought of all the little things. Host was friendly and showed us where everything was. There are only a few cabins/lodges on the property so it's quiet and peaceful. The pool is small but perfect for cooling off and getting some sun. We even made use of the full-size BBQ by the pool one night. “The hotel was pretty modern and new. The double suite was very large and beautiful. It was a pretty quiet, family business and the staff was so nice and accommodating. It felt like staying with family. The food was delicious as well. The area is pretty isolated, but a short cab ride can take you to town for groceries and restaurants. Super refreshing and pretty pool, and the beds were SO comfortable. ”

Onsite there so many beautiful plants and a couple of hiking trails that are recommended to really explore the area. The food is delicious and the menu changes daily. “Outstanding resort and grounds. Entire staff was friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed the service and fresh food at the Grove restaurant. Hiking, biking and kayaking activities made our stay a wonderful experience. At night they had candles lights around the grounds. Very beautiful property! ”

“Very nice property with great staff. The amenities are a bit expensive and remember that many cabins do not have air conditioning. This can be uncomfortable during the hot months. ”

“The property grounds and staff there made the experience amazing and memorable. I only have an issue with a couple small things. My toilet broke on the first flush. Housekeeping was quick to fix the issue however. Also, I can tell the towels were cheap, the dinner rolls at the restaurant were microwaved, and the in room bar snacks were old. It would be nice if the owner invested more into these small details. For the rate per night, it must compete well with other luxury hotels. Overall, great……
