“The property is very old. The doors and windows have lots of open crevices so bugs can easily come inside. There were tons of spiders actively around the home along with crazy looking centipedes. Nothing poisonous which was good. The back door doesn’t align to the lock so it has to be lifted up so that you can lock the dead bolt. The view is fantastic. I enjoyed the large window door in the mornings to look out at the lake but that was probably the best part. No cooking vent and the windows……

“This is a beautifully restored property, done in an early 20th-century style, that made us feel like the developers understood what weary travelers need to feel cared for. In addition to the plush, firm but well-padded king-sized bed with an abundance of pillows, the suite featured a kitchenette with high-quality dishware, sink, and microwave; a living room with loveseat, desk, and TV; an additional alcove with a sofabed; multiple closets; and (best of all) a luxurious bathroom with two sinks,……

“Not convenient. The ice machine was not working in the morning. The WiFi not working. The room was too basic, not pleasant at all.”
