“The host was good to work with for my group of employees.”

“Check in was easy, location of apartment was good. A few major things need serious updating to be a 5 star. Paint was very rundown- especially in the bathroom- bathroom ceiling needs a deep cleaning. To be honest, this was more of a 3.5 stars. Bed/mattress and sheets were very concerning. Polyester sheets made sleeping extremely hot, mattress was the worst I’ve slept on in memory. So soft that me and my partner basically sank into a hole in the middle every night. I appreciate the trendy decor……

“The condo has been nicely renovated with thoughtful touches. Very convenient to downtown both drive and walking distance. Reiterating other reviews to set expectations: It is garden level and there is no natural light that comes from the windows. ”

The location is incredibly convenient—right across the street from the base area—making it easy to walk to dining, activities, and lifts. The unit was very clean, well-stocked with everything I needed, and had been updated, giving it a modern feel inside.The deck is a true highlight, offering one of the best views in Steamboat. “There were a few maintenance issues that did not cause any real problems for us but need attention. The bed supports look like they could give way in the future, the bathtub drain needed to be cleared to drain properly, and we could not find a drain stopper for the kitchen sink. The hot tub (not part of the unit) was not clean, and only 2 of the jets appeared to work.”
