"Staff was very friendly and helpful even during busy times. Convenient location an easy walk from the train station and there were a lot of places to sho and eat nearby. The room and bed were solid. Doesn’t have Air Conditioning which wasn’t an issue the weekend we were there but that’s the only reason for caution"

"Very basic, including the cleaning. We found dust and spider webs in many places. The location seemed nice, but it was too windy to enjoy the outside and the view from the top. The top outside furniture and floor/stairs were covered in bird poop, something which could easily be prevented by outdoor furniture coverings (not present) and a little cleaning before guests arrive. "Veel te duur hotel, we betaalden 110 euro, terwijl onze buren de kamer voor 95 euro hadden. 50 euro/nacht voor deze kleine kamer was beter op zijn plaats geweest! slechte/geen wifi, geen ontbijt op nieuwjaarsdag. Geen gastvrije ervarimg dus."

"Falsche Angaben mann könne mit dem Hausboot durch die romantischer Kanäle fahren. Dabei liegt das Boot fest angeschlossen am Steg. Das schlimmste war allerdings das das Abwasser auf der Toilette direkt in das Hafenbecken eingeleitet wird. Hat einem das Baden neben dem Boot doch vermiest."

"Coming from NY, I’ve stayed in a lot of fancy hotels, but I can honestly say I was quite impressed with this hotel. Everything about it was amazing; the staffs were spectacular, the room (omg) was so chilled that I felt like I was home. Overall it was just a great experience, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when in Amsterdam."
