Sleeps 12. Large open kitchen/living/dining space, with front balcony. Bedrooms are large with plenty closet space. Master bath on 1st floor completely renovated. Large 1st floor, MB -opens to large rear deck overlooking private pool, with charcoal grill, and fenced yard. Laundry and 4 bedrooms on 2nd fl. Two with ensuite baths! Private parking for 4-5 cars, Cabana area under house available in season only. Bed linens only included with rental. Highchair, pack N play, and booster seat, crock pot, griddle, dual coffee maker, and many kitchen amenities available. Golf cart rental can be dropped off and picked up from house. 10 minute walk or 3 minute cart ride to Beach Access. Beach access is at end of street with parking for carts and cars, with many access/parking places within blocks on beachfront. Note: Security cameras located in front entrance and overlooking pool/yard.

Strip any used beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please unload dishwasher. Please place load of sheets in washer as per request of cleaning staff

Please make sure cabana and outdoor pool furniture are cleaned up.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

bed linens are to be removed from bed and placed in pile in laundry room. Please start first load of sheets in washer to assist cleaning staff.

All trash is to be removed from property and placed in outdoor garbage cans. Garbage pickup is Monday morning please wheel cans to end of driveway.

Dishes/Utensils, etc are to be washed and put away. Refrigerator is to be emptied and wiped clean inside.
