“Property was okay. Elevators very slow as it’s busy but should have more elevators to accommodate the crowds. Glass windows should be cleaned from outside. Breakfast was cold and not many options ”

I only got room service once and that was also when I had to constantly ask for somebody to come up here and do it. That was not the best thing to happen and it was a little unprofessional ”

“An excellent five star hotel which is luxurious. It has the easiest and quickest lifts to make your way to the kabah, 1 lift from reception and you are outside. Breakfast and dinner is amazing with lots of options in the buffet. The hotel has an amazing kabah view - I would highly recommend staying at the hotel. ”

“I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Diar Al Khalidiya, especially during Ramadan. From the first day, the WiFi in my room did not work. I reported this 6–7 times, but nothing was done. I was forced to sit in reception for hours just to access the internet, along with other guests facing the same issue. This caused major stress and lack of sleep.
