“Throne was nice. Very clean. However, the service to get the room cleaned was not the best. I was staying there for 8 days. I only got room service once and that was also when I had to constantly ask for somebody to come up here and do it. That was not the best thing to happen and it was a little unprofessional ”

“Did Umrah solo after Ramadan and this place was a pleasant surprise. Room was bigger than I expected, bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean. Breakfast buffet did the job well each morning with nice options like mini pancakes and waffles. It’s in Aziziyah so you’re looking at a taxi or Uber to the Haram each time, which depending on the time of the year, can be very quick. Would book here again without hesitation.”

“An excellent five star hotel which is luxurious. It has the easiest and quickest lifts to make your way to the kabah, 1 lift from reception and you are outside. Breakfast and dinner is amazing with lots of options in the buffet. The hotel has an amazing kabah view - I would highly recommend staying at the hotel. ”

“I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Diar Al Khalidiya, especially during Ramadan. From the first day, the WiFi in my room did not work. I reported this 6–7 times, but nothing was done. I was forced to sit in reception for hours just to access the internet, along with other guests facing the same issue. This caused major stress and lack of sleep. The situation became much worse when my Qatar Airways flight was cancelled due to the Middle East conflict. I urgently needed WiFi to contact……
