“Great hotel and great staff members. I came during a very busy time in Ramadan, but the front desk team did their best to facilitate check-in for my group.
On a special note, I would like to thank the property for going above and beyond in helping us recover a pair of earrings we had accidentally left in the room. Their honesty, efficiency, and care truly stood out.
Overall, a wonderful experience with exceptional service — I would definitely stay here again.”

“Nice location, little out of the drama of mecca, Beautiful properly, Courteous staff. Amongst the staff, the Receptionist name Sister Ghadeer was so much helpful, very much client orientated and professional as well.
Not forgetting the evening shift Baggage Manager Brother Nasir Uddin, nice fellow, kind , professional and willing to help at all times.
Thanks to all the staff but especially those two were good.
