“Staff was super helpful at the Voco hotel. I was late for my check-in due to delayed flight and was only staying a few hours before my departure, staff ensured that I have a room for that time and I was able to prepare myself in comfort in the room before my Umrah. Shuttle buses are helpful to take people to and from the Haram.”

“My check in time was 2pm , I was there at 2:15pm. I had to beg to get in at 4pm because they still had not prepared the room. That should not be an issue when I book a 5 star hotel. All of my plans in Mecca that day had to be changed due to their two hour delay. No apologies or sympathy from front desk. Looks like it’s very normal for them. Room service was alright, but the employees at the front desk are not experienced or professional.”

“Great Hotel, will stay there again. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was very good with many options. The rooms were clean and spacious. They provide a golf cart service to al Haram every 5 minutes.”
