"I didn’t catch the name of the person who checked us in (he’s been there 18 years), but he was a terrific introduction to the hotel — friendly, open, and offering all the best of New York. The room was clean, and it is sooooo close to so many theaters, the Morgan Library, Bryant Park and the New York Public Library. Will stay here again. "
"Great location, minutes from central station and One Vanderbilt observation deck. Room was clean and well appointed. A mirror in the main room rather than just the bathroom would be nice but other than that it was great."
"This hotel was absolutely gorgeous and the staff was incredibly nice. The ice machine was out but they gave us a bucket of ice directly to our room. Be careful for them not to charge the resort fees twice as this is what happened to me and I had to bring it to an employees attention for it to get resolved.
