“When you check in make sure they have you accounted for your entire stay. My daughter had four nights stay with Expedia and Hampton only had her for three nights stay. Her card was charged for the four nights and had to convince the Hampton people she was right. They insisted she had to call Expedia about the matter. Not no but no way. “The property is dated, however the new owners appear to be sinking a lot of time, money, and effort into the property and renovations. Once done, I'm sure it will be a great place to stay. Kudos to the welcoming and helpful staff! On a side note, Expedia staff is terrible. Customer service at Expedia is the least helpful of about any company I have ever dealt with. Both myself and hotel management had a terrible time trying to communicate with them when there was a system glitch at……
