“The loft is beautiful! Very thoughtful convenience items. Right in the center of downtown. Parking is a pain on the weekends but worth the stay.”

“The parking process was a tad bit difficult to explain but other than that everything else was excellent.”

“Check in process was the only negative for the stay. We did not receive any info ahead of time so we ended up having to sit in the lobby of the building for 15-20 mins while we called and sat on hold while someone contacted the managing agent. Finally got a message with the code to get our key. Not having a person at the front desk and not getting the check in instructions makes for a poor experience. ”

“This was a great place to stay but the pictures need some better explanations. Both bathrooms have tub/shower, toilet, and sink outside the bathroom door. There were mirrors close to an electrical outlet, something useful when my wife was doing her hair. The kitchen was stocked well for 4 people and cleanup with the incredibly hot water was easy. The main drawbacks for us were that (1) we didn’t realize the room was in an apartment complex: the Aksarben View Villas. We drove around a while……

“The property is great for a small number of people. It is important to know that the only parking available is street parking. Davenport is a fairly busy street. The apartment is very clean. Two bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and the master suite is in the basement. The location is 10 minutes away from everything. ”

“Great location, clean, comfortable. The lack of windows to the outside wasn't ideal, especially in the bedroom, but overall this is a good value. ”

“Apartment is pristine and felt like home. Everything was super clean and comfortable from top to bottom and gave our family of 5 plenty of space. Host was super responsive and check in process was seamless. The surrounding area had lots of restaurants, grocery store, coffee/bagels - everything you could need! Highly recommend sequoia stay if you’re looking for an easy, comfortable, family-friendly stay in Omaha!”

“Good location right in the middle of a bunch of shops and restaurants. Was also in a great location to all of outr activities each day. Loft was really clean, quiet and had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely recommend. Thanks”
