The location was great for us too, just a short drive from Mahoney State Park, which was exactly what we wanted.We also felt safe and comfortable the whole time, and the host was very responsive — when I realized I'd forgotten our iPhone charging block, they were quick to help me track one down. “with many years at Johnsons Lake as experience, this was definitely the most stormy weekend we've ever had! Luckly our Waterfront Getaway provided us shelter and comfort to play games. We made delicious meals on the grill and in the fully outfitted kitchen, we played cards, and did get to play in the water. The neighbors on both sides were very gracious, and we have already booked it for next year!”
