"We came into town to see our ill family. Member money was tight so we decided to stay there. It was so dirty. We had to mop the floor first which was solid black on the towel so rundown, I would not recommend it to anybody pay the extra money and stay right next-door. Should use some of their corporate money and fix it up very rundown piece of property."

"Place was gross. Non smoking room had ciggerette holes on the blankets and blood. No extra blankets. Front desk was no help. Just stay at a motel 6 if your looking for cheap this place sucks. "

"We reserved a room because it was close to the Cal State Chico campus. It was affordable and easy! Loved the free breakfast! The room was great for four people. Although some noise in the night, but overall our stay her was great! Definitely recommend."
