10 Fair Street is one of the best locations in Newport. You are a five minute walk to famous landmarks such as Bannisters and Bowens Wharf, Trinity and St. Mary’s Church and The Black Pearl Restaurant. Truly, you are in the heart of it all with dozens of restaurants, shops, bars and sights right outside your door.

Hop in your car for a 10 minute drive to both the Ocean Drive and Bellevue Avenue Preservation Society Mansions.

Windward Suites properties are all keyless, and instead use keypad smart locks for all of the doors for both the buildings and units. All guests will get an email the day of their stay with the codes to the doors.

Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Please be respectful of these times unless you have contacted us, as we have a cleaning crew who need the time to do a thorough job before and after all of our guests.

There are four off street parking spots with one spot designated per unit. The onsite parking makes it easy for you to park your car and spend most of your time on foot with everything just outside your door.

10 Fair Street is a four unit building located right off Historic Thames Street. Unit One is located on the first floor and is the perfect retreat after a day spent wandering around downtown, which is just a stone's throw away. The room boasts a queen size bed, small chair and ottoman, TV, microwave, coffee station, mini fridge, and an ensuite bathroom with a large glass walk in shower. The building recently underwent a complete renovation and each unit has beautiful hardwood floors, modern furnishings and window fixtures. There is off street parking for one car.

All of Windwards properties are professionally cleaned between guests and come outfitted in high end linens and towels.

Aside from the cleanliness of the space, it is in one of the most sought after locations in Newport. You are steps away from Thames Street, Bannisters & Bowens Wharf, and endless restaurants, bars, and shopping.
