This was my second stay at Budget Inn. The reason I chose to stay here was solely based on value. It is not a luxury property. It has the smallest bathroom that I have ever seen in a motel. The place is very old. But the bed was very comfortable, the HVAC system worked well, the water was hot, the refrigerator was cold, the staff were friendly, and the place was clean. If you are looking for anything above the most basic experience - move on. But if all you are looking for is a good bed and functional equipment for a good price, you may want to check it out.
