“The pictures do not do this property justice. The three story home has 3 beautiful bedrooms, each with luxurious bathrooms. The main bedroom and the living room has a small patio and then there's a rooftop seating area that is an excellent spot for gazing at the Houston night skyline. The quiet area is gated off a not too busy street in a beautiful neighborhood. We did have a couple of issues upon our arrival but the hosts were on top of it and had it resolved the next day. “This 3-story house is spacious, modern and comfortable, perfect for my coworkers and me. The 3 bedrooms each have their own en-suite bathroom. There’s a roof top deck, AC, and a big kitchen island. It was perfect for our team conference. It’s just outside the downtown so it’s easy access to the city. The owner was responsible to messages. ”

“This property accepted same day bookings but then declined to allow access for 72hrs or two business days. They originally said access would be allowed after 2 hours and took our damage deposit. After we paid the damage deposit they declined to let us in until after our check out day so they could confirm funds that were sent arrived in their bank account even though it was credit card through Expedia. Since we couldn’t use the property we requested a refund and they declined. We never stepped……
