“Not safe area .. building was in construction… nasty showers … don’t stay here ! ”

“Ms. Tiarra at the check-in/out Desk is professional, knowledgeable, warm, and kind. She accepted my concerns about the property seriously and with respect. She is a GEM! It’s my fault that did not shower while in residence. Perhaps Housekeeping would have been able to provide a clean shower curtain had I noticed it earlier. Concerns about hot food served on styrofoam plates/cups - helps manage costs but induces cancer. Paper products are more expensive (would be cheaper in bulk?).”
