"My favourite hotel. So slightly biased. Amazing river views from the room , just up from the busy quayside and a chilled vibe. Reception staff at this hotel are second to none. They are absolutely superb ."

"Can’t fault our stay here at all. Lovely big room for our family of 4, including a fan which was needed and a pulled out bed ready for our kids. There was absolutely no noise through the night. The staff were great, beds comfy and breakfast perfect. They were even kind enough to provide me some hot milk behind the bar for the babies bed time bottle at no charge. Parking was great, though I can imagine is much busier at weekends. Location absolutely perfect. We had our evening meal here too after being out all afternoon and the food was great. Facilities all fantastic, honestly really happy with the money we spent"

"Staff were lovely at reception, very helpful & pleasant. I do enjoy a smiling welcome. Also bar staff were great too. Bed was super-comfy. Good size room & shower room. Downside was having no fridge in the room for a hot July weekend & that the toilet seat was stained with what I assume to be fake tan. Pool was great too. Already booked to stay again next month."

"The hotel’s central location made it very convenient and provided easy access to the city. Our room was much more spacious than the photos suggested, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, from the reception team to the housekeeping staff and the breakfast team. The only improvement I would suggest is having a designated pick-up and drop-off area directly outside the hotel entrance. As we were travelling with a lot of luggage and our dog, this would have made our arrival and departure much easier."

"Everything else was excellent, but we were initially given a room where the air conditioning wasn't working during the heatwave. They obviously knew that when I reported the issue. I was told the hotel was fully booked and that we couldn't change rooms. Instead, they sent two fans to our room. As the windows couldn't be opened, the room was unbearably hot, and there was no way we could stay there. I went back downstairs and explained that if they couldn't move us to another room, we would have to leave. Thankfully, they used their magic wond and found us another room. The hotel is central . Next to the train station. The pool was very nice. Thank you."
