“It was our first time doing VRBO. We decided to do a VRBO because of our family size. We wanted to be near things to do and be able to get on the interstate easily to get over to Lagoon, shops in Sandy. We were by Gateway area, tons to do, great food, walking distance. Our host was so responsive and checked in with us asked if we needed any suggestions of things to do or food. We had two 12 year old boys-loved the pool, my 17 year old girls loved to tan and drove all over the place. Our family...

“Excellent host (so responsive and kid!) and the space was amazing. So walkable to everything, the loft itself could be in a magazine. The beds were so fluffy and comfy. Finally, the instructions our host sent to us about getting into the building were so helpful! If traveling to SLC again, would 100% book this space. ”

“The property is small, yet clean and well kept. However, there’s a few rough patches that need to be worked on1. The water heater is pretty loud, it sounds like someone is running a washing machine the whole night2. There’s a Kurig machine but absolutely no pods!3. The bathroom has no hook/rack for towels or clothes. And the shower curtain is shorter than needed, so the floor is wet after shower4. Last but not least, THE CENTRAL HEATER DIDNT WORK the entire 3-day stay while it was snowing...

“I absolutely loved this rental. It was roomy and clean. It was right across the street from Sprouts and usually within three miles of all our destinations. The checkin/checkout was super easy. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone traveling to Salt Lake City. ”

“If you require peace and quiet, this is not a good place to stay. The tennats in the building are noisy, the noise from the street is loud, the HVAC is loud, and there seemed to be a trash pickup right outside window every morning around 4am. The owner of the apartment did not provide clear instructions and would not answer a phone call. Their provided instructions seemed like a template with key information missing. When we arrived, we were locked out of the building without instructions on...

“This is our second time staying here while we attended a concert in Salt Lake City. The location and the space are incredible. Very comfortable for a group of 10 and you don’t have to worry about being a little noisy as it is right over the Benihana restaurant. Out the door (down the steps) and grab an electric scooter and you are ready to explore. Would definitely stay here again. ”
