“The biggest negative issue was that the lock to the outside door to the unit was broken. Also, for some reason, that access door was left open multiple times. Security was by far the biggest issue.A quick trip to Target two blocks away would really help. For instance, there were only curtains on the bedroom - no blinds. The silverware and plates were fairly spartan. The toilet paper roll holder was broken. All of these items are easily fixable.On the positive side, the bed was comfortable.……

I called the property manager--they claim to answer in 5ish minutes, but I had to call them 8 times before someone picked up the phone, and no one answered me via dm on the app. Once I got ahold of someone at the management company, they did not have an answer for us, and had to call……
