They shouldn't advertise thing that are not kept clean! a little miss leading and VERY disappointing. I was planning on bring my grand kids to stay their and go to Santa village, but that have been drop, not up a another disappointing vacation."

She was extremely nice and helpful. We had a minor issue with hot water but it was fixed within 15 minutes. The service was great and we would definitely book here again!"
