“On my floor the ice machine did not work. No instruction where given on how to get ice and you can't go to another floor. Less expensive hotel have this amenity plus you can go to another floor to get ice if needed. One of the ladies working on that floor offered to get ice for me. Thank you Tish. We ordered room service(breakfast) and was told it would take 10 minutes. 45 minutes later the food came and it was cold. Don't serve cold food! I'm so irritated at spending $73.00 plus a small……
