“First I have to say, the staff was exceptional! Very attentive and kind to everyone. Every person offered a smile and a hello. Zero complaints about the staff we interacted with. There were a few missteps with the room. They were most definitely not prepared for our arrival. There was no bath mat for bathroom, one tiny hook for multiple towels and made it very difficult to find a spot for wet swim suits. There was no toilet paper, no coffee, or no coffee supplies. The refrigerator was dialed……

“The rooms are small but very clean the staff is very accommodating. The little motel is convenient just to step out if your room and walk a few steps down to beach no elevators.”

“I have been a frequent summer guest of this particular Inn for nearly 2 decades now. I have witnessed many changes and developments. This current transition is looking like the best one since they first began as a Vacation Club. I am never disappointed by how welcoming the staff is upon arrival of guests. “Great place, pet friendly, good breakfast, staff was great - front desk & breakfast staff. The only negative, though did not bother me - this hotel is part of a Harley Davidson store & entertainment venue, so there was a live band playing outside about 75 feet from my room. I enjoyed the music, though was unexpected and might annoy others.”

“The rooms are dated and in need of repair. Balcony doors were foggy and wouldn’t close fully. Bathroom door was rotted. It’s not the Taj Mahal but for the price it was fine for a night.”

“WHEN WE ARRIVED ORMOND BEACH FL. FOR OUR 3:00 PM CHECK IN 07/28/2026 WE WERE TOLD THE HOTEL WAS CLOSED DUE TO A FIRE 3 DAYS PRIOR. WE HAD NO PRIOR NOTICE. AND IT WAS UP TO US TO FIND NEW LODGINGS.”

“Smallest bathrooms I have ever experienced. The drains were very slow draining. No door to the “bedroom “. A barn door which the door did not stay closed. 1/2 size stove/oven and refrigerator. No dishwasher. We will not be go back ever!”
