“We loved the hotel. BUT...the lady at the front desk on the left side (facing the desk) was OBVIOUSLY not amused with us being there. We tried to ignore that & asked if they could hold our luggage at the front desk. EVERY SINGLE HOTEL in the world, will allow you to do that,at least some luggage. What did she say? Very snappy "Well how much do have, we don't have a lot of space!" There's a way to say ANYTHING. Working at the front desk, being an older lady, she should know this by now. Her tone……

“We love Daytona Regency and stay on almost all of our vists. It has a great bar at the pool with great bar food, the only thing we don’t like dealing on each visit is being asked to spend 2 hours for a timeshare, we never go but it’s a headache to have to deal with. Other than that, it’s a great location, rooms and staff!”

“I can’t say enough about Max Resort. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite. It was right on the beach with a nice pool and jacuzzi. We watched the sunset from the rooftop lounge and the staff at the bar were very accommodating and was Miles,our bartender was very talented and entertaining. Parking was never a problem. The staff was so nice and helpful. We left and forgot to take some expensive hair tools from the bathroom draw. When we called from New York, they made it very easy to retrieve our……

“The beach view was excellent the room was pretty big and comfortable. Parking was pretty good and the hotels needs renovations. Only 1 elevator was working in the entire hotel.”

“It’s really tough to post a detailed review without actually seeing the room itself. We receives a message early in the day that they had downgraded our original booking to a room w/o a kitchen. No big deal, it happens. We arrived to check in at approximately 5:30. We called the number posted for check in/help as we never received a text with door codes, WiFi, etc that morning as was communicated would happen. Called three times with no answer. Called Expedia and they tried to call the property……

“Terrible hotel. Had to get our room changed because our initial room was terrible. Actually tried to book another hotel but everything was full. Our second room was better but the schedule to clean our room was terrible. Moved to the new room on Sunday and we did not get any room cleaning till Thursday. Had to beg for bathroom towels all week. The only bright spot was Kyle who did his best to assist in anything.”
