“Nice resort, friendly staff but not 100%… hot tub jets not working, cramped pool area, no vegetarian options outside of salad and bread… different music playing in all areas and a bit loud for me ”

“Paid for an ocean view and ended up looking at the air conditioners. My wife stated that she noticed stains on the bed coverings but which she called ans was not addressed. I was charged $40 per day for 2 cars, which was excessive on top of that had to wait 20-30 minutes to get our cars. Paid $40 for overly cook small piece of salmon with 2 pieces of baby corn. When speaking with front desk manager was not helpful and really not seemed to be uninterested in addressing concerns. ”

Beach view was great just one problem we didn’t enjoy the balcony for 4 days that we stayed coz it smells marijuana and smoke from cigarettes we don’t smoke and we have a child too. We paid extra for balcony(beach view)that we didn’t enjoyed! But over all very good hotel i still gave 5 star! ”

“The room was clean, stayed cool, the pool was clean, the staff was amazing especially Daniel Z. He anticipated my needs and took care of them. He did things before i even had to ask. This is my third time here and i will always come back loyally. ”
