“We stayed July 4th weekend for a family wedding in Kennebunk Port. The house is in a great location, only minutes from the town and a walkable distance to the beach. The house is spacious and laid out well. The air conditioning kept the house cool on hot days. The large kitchen was nice. The owner was easy to contact and accommodating. ”

“Beautifully decorated, comfortable, all necessities are there from salt and pepper in the kitchen to extra TP in bathroom. Easy on-site parking, ocean right across the street! Very nice and responsive owners. Can't wait to go back!”

“I rented this house because of the waterfront location and I was not disappointed. My family fell in love with the deck. Everybody use the kayaks. The neighborhood was incredibly Qwaint. The whole week was super relaxing and we could walk to pick up anything. We forgot at local small markets tons of restaurant options. Normally we stay close to downtown kennebunkport, but this was a crowd pleaser. Nobody wanted to go home.!”

“The house is in a great location and was perfect for our family of three, though there were two extra twin beds in the loft that we didn’t even use so a larger family may enjoy it as well. The view from the back porch is beautiful, especially at sunrise and sunset. The walk to the beach is very easy if you don’t have a lot to haul, and the two beach chairs they have at the house are nice and light. Highly recommend checking out Cape Pier Chowder House and Ultramar which are only a few minutes...

“This cottage is great for a couple or small family. It’s clean, neat, comfortable, reasonably equipped and nicely furnished. Everything we needed was provided for plus bonus touches like bath robes/slippers. We enjoyed playing games and lounging on the bench couch with the screened windows open to the breeze and the sound of the waves. The enclosed porch with its desk facing the ocean became a favorite spot. Pleasant if one must work and pleasant if one wanted to write or draw. Savoring sea and...
