“The house was very dirty upon arrival. All items such as kayaks and toys were all very old and dirty, no work was done upon arrival, floors were dirty, there was a bunch of cob webs in windows. We were told there would be toiletries and there was only half a roll of toilet paper provided. Back deck appeared as though furniture and deck hadn’t been properly cleaned and the bed sheets were dirty as well. Sadly very disappointed in our stay here. Pictures were not accurate at all. “We had a very nice stay at The Guides House and would not hesitate to book there again. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond when we reached out to him. The house was both clean and comfortable. We did have a little trouble with the lockbox but with a little perseverance were able to get it to work. A very positive experience. ”
