"We did not pick breakfast options but is satisfied with other services, such as free minibar, etc. hotel supplied 2 memory foam pillows straight away after receiving guests first night feedback. Hotel is warm and clean, quiet and convenient (close to central stations),staffs are warm and helpful,.. A stay filled with warm memories for us! Definitely will choose this hotel again if coming back to Luzern city!"

"Charming little hotel just a few steps back from the river. Room and bathroom was fairly small but well appointed and nicely finisher with a lovely terrace overlooking the rooftops. Area was very central, less than a 10 minute walk from the main station but quite after 11 at night. Staff at reception were great. "
