“We will bring our kids here if we have chance later, so nice staying in “Post office””

“I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this resort. Before booking the tent, I specifically called and asked whether it included a heater because I was traveling with my 6-year-old child. The person I spoke with assured me that the tent had a heater and all the amenities we would need. At $150 per night, I trusted that information and made the reservation. When we arrived around 8:00 p.m., we discovered that the tent had none of the amenities we were promised. There was no heater,……

“We absolutely loved our stay here! The place was so cute, cozy, and comfortable, and it had everything we could have needed, including everything to cook meals during our stay. The location was also perfect for exploring the area! A quick drive to the redwoods, nearby restaurants, beautiful beaches, and some incredible views. The hosts were wonderful, very communicative, and helpful throughout our stay. It was such a great little home base for our redwoods trip, and we would absolutely stay here……

“Great location close to Trinidad and Moonstone beaches. Fenced yard for dogs and impeccably landscaped. Well-equipped and clean. Will stay again when in the area.”

“The cottage is very cozy and very clean and easy to find. The location was isolated enough that you couldn't hear the traffic but close enough to the highway to make access easy. It was a bit strange that there was no microwave. The cottage is mainly heated with a wood stove, but we were really not supplied with the things we needed to start a fire. And the property was not even close to being accessible for anyone with leg issues or injuries because of the steps without railings and the tub……

“I never write reviews but my God this place was perfect. Every little detail (coffee with grinder, the lawn chairs, the extra blankets) was thought out. The view is worth every penny and this little studio is the perfect home base for a weekend Redwoods adventure. Spend the extra few bucks and stay here, you won’t regret it! Awesome awesome awesome, I will be telling friends and family to stay here…thank you to our hosts for making this a perfect trip!”
