“The property was very clean, comfortable and inviting. We had a bit of difficulty getting the door to unlock initially, though the owner was extremely quick in his communication and gave us an immediate solution, with no further issues. The house was close to everything. Parking was a bit tight, as two cars share one driveway but we made it work. Street parking was suggested but we didn't really see anywhere on the street to park. Kitchen had everything we needed and beds were comfortable....

“This property was spotless, very spacious and luminous, and also very comfortable. We were able to see the sunset above the bay from the leaving room. A 5 min walk outside also gave us a gorgeous view the warmer days and evening. We were able to enjoy the fire places of the manor, and the indoor pool daily. We watched some fun movies at night, thanks to the DVD collection. Mark and Nancy were very reactive when I did not figure out how to use a couple of the lights, and helped me over the phone....

“Four friends since grade school on our annual girls getaway. The property was perfect. Excellent location. The space was beautiful with lovely touches throughout. Shopping, dining and the beach all as you stepped outside. I would highly recommend.”

“We so enjoyed our stay! The view from the property is spectacular, so we were able to enjoy the beach even though we had bad weather. The size was great - we were four adults and fit comfortably. Tim was an excellent host, who promptly assisted us with any questions we had. We will be looking to stay here again!”

“This is the third summer that my husband and I have visited Montauk and it was, by far, our best week. Debra was an amazing, gracious host who clearly wants the best for her guests. The condo lived up to our expectations, and the adjoining grounds offered some beautiful views of the sunset. The complex is well situated and an easy walk into town. We would definitely come back!”

“The condo was spotless on our arrival. Our host, Erich, had prepped us with all we needed in advance, and was an excellent communicator. We found a box of chocolates waiting for us on the kitchen counter when we arrived - what a nice surprise! The location is everything it seems to be in the pictures: right across the street from the old carousel and beach entrance. Lots of walkable shops and eateries nearby. We were there post-season, so Saturday and Sunday were the days when most of them were...
