"Our family loved the water park- it was awesome! However we were a little disappointed that we felt like the room wasn't taken care of. For instance, we had no hand soap, no paper towels, and no wash cloths. The instructions we were given were to text a number to request these things, and I texted them several times with no response. The room was good- we loved the screened in balcony for our kiddos, the pool and the ice cream shop; however, we just felt some basic things in regards to our room were not taken care of."

"Great stay with kids for 7 days. Has two large pools and kids loved it. Convenient free shuttle bus to universal studios. Convinient to walk to gift shops and restaurants. Rooms are clean and new. Kids loved it and did not want to leve:)"

"The ac in the room had issues it was not blowing cold. Probably is time to update them. We liked the location and it was clean. Need a tray to place Gerry on we had to put them in one of our beds."
