The only bad was that housekeeping would come in our room and just give us towels. They never made our beds or provided us with new sheets. Check in was not a good process, there was no one to assist us out front. No one offered to help with bags or to valet our vehicle. When we came in there was one person working the front who didn’t have the best check in, he said we are Expedia so he doesn’t have any of our information. They didn’t have what we were celebrating or congratulate us on our engagement celebration weekend. He looked at my fiancé & said now who is this staying with you. It was awkward. Also I was never told about a $25 per day cost to self park. I just suddenly found a $25 & a $50 charge on my cc & I then had to wait on hold for Disney guest services for almost an hour. Then I talked to a very rude billing department rep who said that it is on Disney’s website & that hotels.com should have advised us of this. I worked for a hotel, we always advised our guests if they were to be charged for ANYTHING! I was only told by Disney’s Riviera Resort front desk associate that they charge a $125 fee per day for incidentals, but reimburse us what we do not use.
