Welcome to this gorgeous single level home located in close proximity to many attraction and theme parks: Walt Disney world, Universal studios, Lego land Florida, Kennedy space center, Island H2O. Driving distance to coco beach. House is located in Champions gate community. It is a fantastic guarded and gated community with many amenities to suit everyone in the family.

The residence offers plenty of natural light and open floor plan. House sleeps 10 people comfortably. Master bedroom is large and spacious with its own private full bathroom. Bedroom#2 is spacious with its own private bathroom. Bedroom #3 and bedroom #4 are furnished with a full bed size and a twin size bed in each room. Both rooms share a full bathroom.

The house features a covered heated pool and spa along with plenty of outdoor patio space for relaxing and enjoying the Sun and warm FL weather.

Pool heat is not included in the rental fee, we charge $30 per day minimum of 4 consecutive days.

The association does not allow any RV's, trailers or commercial vehicles to be parked in front of the home. We charge $250 pet fee.
