Weekend getaway

Great weekend getaway with the family. We enjoyed the on-site waterpark and the kiddos loved the splash pad. Room was spacious enough where we could all have our own little areas to relax and sneak away for a much needed nap with little ones in tow.

The amenities & location are great!

There were very few issues while there during our stay, which is always a plus. The check in process was a little long but that could be were there was a big cheer competition going on, that's actually why we were there for my daughter. The location is great! Right near everything you'll want to do! The amenities included are pretty amazing, just wish we had more time to enjoy them all. Thanks for letting us stay with you!

This was a great stay. We've been to this location before, but not through VRBO. I was a little worried because I saw another reviewer say they were required to attend a timeshare presentation. I asked ahead of time and was assured that we wouldn't have to and no one ever once brought it up while we were there.

My experience renting this property has been fantastic. Jake has been very attentive and quick to reply to any questions I had during the rental process. Everything was just as he said it would be. I will definitely rent from him again. The condo unit was everything we were looking for and more. I WILL be a repeat customer.

Stayed here w my mother and 3yo daughter while I attended a conference at OCC Center. Biggest downside is that the “water park” was extra $. One would think that after spending the amount that we did on our stay the water park would be included. But overall wonderful stay, great staff and friendly, clean environment.

Great stay, but issues with room keys!

I would normally have given the overall 5 stars, but twice we had issues with our room keys not working, the first time being right when we checked in. I had to drive back to the office to get them rescanned again. The second time was when my young son really had to use tge bathroom and ended up going in the bushes. The room itself was really nice and clean. It looked like it was just recently remodeled. The AC and all the appliances worked great, too.We would definitely stay again!

Welcome to home away from home

We stayed in. 2 bedroom unit on the 2nd floor. The check in process was smooth with no hang ups. The room was part of a (2) separate room area. The key card wouldn’t open that 1st main door. I had received a welcome text upon arrival so I texted them about the key card. They sent someone over within minutes. Room was equipped with just about anything you would need. The water park and pools were nice. Was a great time with my family.

Be careful

Check out times are wrong. They told me message Vrbo when I did that I never got a reply!! Just to rate everything. The water park is NOT included it’s 25 a person they close at 6 waste of money. Didn’t tell us the splash pad was closed so wasted 75. Fishing poles didn’t have any fishing line. They were rude. Room tub didn’t work.

It was "decent".. with some unexpected downsides

First be careful of where you check-in. VRBO sent us an email with the WRONG site address. So after you finally get to the correct location after a day of traveling with your kids, make sure dead bugs are not under your pillows.

Very disappointed

After all day walking around and visiting all the parks, we came back very tired about 12 o’clock at night and the AC was not cooling after the AC guy came. He told us that this AC unit has been broken for a couple days and all they had him do was recharge so we are sitting here at 12 o’clock and I will no AC having to pack up all our clothes with the kids and move to another room was a little disappointed that they rented us the room, knowing they had an issue for the last couple days the AC met himself admitted to it When I let the manager know all he told me was that front desk was not aware of the situation
