Greeted by a very cheerful member of staff, genuinely friendly. Check in process was easy. Room was as expected, first time I'd stayed in what I would call a 'motel' room and it was a great experience. Tbh if I ever go back to Orlando to do other parks then I'd be more than happy to stay for a week or two. Everything you need is in throwing distance and the Disney parks are less than 10 mins drive. You have to keep a look out for the super8 sign after the 7-11 as I didn't find it obvious not being a native driver there but that doesn't detract from the warm welcome or having a functional place to stay. TBH I felt better treated there than in the 4* hotel I checked into today in South Beach Miami.

The room was very dirty, the floors were so uneven. The shower had plastic or something covering it but felt like it was going to cave in when standing. The front desk guy was so nice and helpful but this was the worst motel weve ever stayed at.

Front desk staff was friendly and offered great customer service. However, the room smelled like humidity, sheets were stained, the door had a broken lock and the doors also had water damage.

Checked in on Thursday May 16 was suppose to stay until May 19. First off the beds had sand in the sheets. The neighbors pulled in around 2am let there kids cry and scream while the man stood there and smoked a cigarette. I ended up checking out the next day. Front desk man was like oh well when we told him everything.

Really gross even though they look like tried to update. Pictures are deceiving. Dingy sheets, air conditioning is wall unit, dirty wall stains and unfinished...you just feel gross sleeping there

I lately have noticed that as soon as I praise the Lord or I show love and passion towards my beliefs a group of people look at me with hate and followed me from hotel to hotel.. Before I left I witness a ritual been taking place for the rooms. My question is: am I been discriminated and hate just because I serve a different God! Sadly I can say that this journey got me devastated and exahusted from bully, harrassment, cyber attacks and floating.. I have fear for my family and I. As a female survivor from abuse in many ways all I want to do is live a peaceful, single mom life and its not even allowed by others as they continue to be obstacles and fake people. Some people will find beauty inside this property as there is some that will welcome you and help you but keep it going if others just cannot do u the favor. This location is average 3 star, peace and quite, fairly clean. My sheets have blck stains. No phone inside rooms, do not disturb signs lately is missing from the hotel rooms. Extremely inconvenient to go to front desk to ask. That sign shouls be always in the room and/ or at check in with all information. Also noticed that every check in there is someone else recording me or eyedrops phishing, spoofing etc.. The front desk at all times should keep the best interest of their guest and the discretion, lack at this place and others, loudly they speak room numbers, inWhen that should be written and hide instantly given to customer to find out in silence

At the end of the day you get what you paid for. We knew we would be out most of the time so we didn’t pay too much attention to our hotel when we booked. When we interacted with the staff they were friendly. But for the duration of the time we were there NO ONE came to the room to clean, replenish linens, soaps/shampoos or towels. When we went to the front desk to ask we were handed a garbage bag and told to bring the items we wanted exchanged. The room itself was basic and not the cleanest. The breakfast was also basic but did the job if you just needed something quick. The one good thing about this hotel was location. It was 20 min from major parks and about 25 min from the airport.

The first 3 times i stayed here it was in Bldg 1, which is fully updated.rooms were clean and full breakfast( waffle maker, cereal, breakfast bars,toast and condiments.) The last 3 times I was put in Bldgs 2, 3, then 4. Each subsequent Bldg was worse and worse. One room did not have blankets on the beds just dheets, Tv did not work, Wifi did not work to connet phones. Another had the same issue plus the faucets were dripping and would not shut off. The rooms that did have blackets had them under the sheet and were scratchy to the skin.and had to flip them so the sheet was on the skin and the blanket was on top. Bldg 4 was absoluted disgusting. Stain on the aheets, broken furniture, cracked mirror holes in the walls(one hole had spackle with toilet paper in it). Again a dipping faucet. The breakfast now only dry toast or bagel, coffe or juice snd dry fruit loops or cherios. I will not stay there again

Well my aunt gets 5 stars because she cleaned it better than the staff. We left it cleaner than it was when we got there. All the sheets were stained, we had to ask for supplies to clean our room because the floor was filthy. The pool experience was very nice and relaxing. The staff were very nice though. Overall i give 2.5 stars for the whole experience.

Strong smell of cleaning chemicals but it was not clean. Old and broken things. lights that don't work. It's a cheap place to spend the night, but if you're looking for a nice place I don't recommend it.

I WISH I could add photos to this review. I have never in my life seen such filth. First we got there and only one person was working in the whole place. We were locked out of the lobby and had to wait to check in. When they gave us our room the floor was soft ans caving in from water damages. It smelled lile mold to the point we wouldnt let our kids in. The doors disnt fit on the building and were covered in years of dirt. The plug ins were broken qnd falling into the water damaged walls. There wasnt bedsing or towels and we were told they couldnt procide any bc laundry had forgotten to wash before going home for the day. The fire alarms had been ripped from the walls. The towel rack was broken and gone. The last persons soaps and dirty rags were all over the tub. The mattresses were blood stained. The art and walls had gross drips running down them. The furniture was broken and disgusting. Rhe wrong size mattresses were on the bed frames. We left and paid for another hotel. They assured us REPEATEDLY that we would be getting a full refund and then denied it repeatedly when expedia tried to peocess it. It was honestly such an unbelievable experience. It blows my mind that theyre legally allowed to be open.

Not that I’ll ever be staying here again, but next time I wish there was a door on the bathroom. The towels were rags, the shower head was 5ft, the sheets were nasty, TV didn’t work, no deadlock on the door outside. Honestly, this was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at and won’t recommend it to anyone.

You get what you pay for and the quality of the room was horrific! Where to begin- the front door to the room (that leads to the parking lot) has both lower corners exposed.. you can see out of the door! not to mention the dead bolt was nonexistent but there were remains of where one once was.. moving inside there were bandaids all over the smoke detectors, the bath had NO FULL SIZE BATH TOWELS! Had to use several hand towel size towels to dry off.. the outlets on the wall didn't work, neither did any of the "additional" lighting. the fridge/freezer in the room had mold growing inside it. Pay the extra $50-70 a night to stay at a secure hotel. 0/10 stars, would NEVER recommend...
