The hotel is a little dated but for us wasn't a problem. We enjoyed the breakfast, the beds were comfortable and room/bathroom were very clean. We'll stay here again."

"Everything good. Just one thing they can improve on . Check in information for someone one that has no Wi-Fi is a little difficult since doors are controlled by WiFi app. Also they have air conditioning in room but not in the rest of the house which was hot and unbearable."

Amazing gelateria across the street and the garage parking spot (though only for small cars) makes it very convenient. Easy street parking too. Very sparkling clean, bed comfortable. AC welcome in 100 degree heat wave. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely return if we are back in Modena."

Additionally the restaurant connected to the hotel was fabulous. We enjoyed the best lasagne bolognese we had ever tasted and in the mornings we were overwhelmed by all the tasty breakfast choices. "This is the ideal airport hotel. As arranged, we telephoned the hotel to request the shuttle bus. As it was 01.30am we were surprised when told that the bus was already waiting.
