“The hotel was a little understaffed, but they did their best to provide the best service to their guests. Housekeeping did a great job of cleaning our rooms twice a day. Shoutout to Mr. Aoki from Guest Services for perfectly arranging all the transportation and box deliveries for us as well as Mr. Munuir from Guest Services for helping out with luggages and transportation after check-out. Some staff from Guest Services were less helpful and tried to avoid taking responsibility but I'm very glad……

“the room is very clean and the aircon work perfect, this was the 2nd time i stay this hotel, the rom is big, just 5 mins walk to the JR station, very convenient, especially love the onsen on the roof top, highly recommend this hotel”
