“Upon check-in, Tia was an absolute dream! What a wonderful person with such a dynamic personality! I got to my room, tried turning on the tv, to no avail. I called the front desk & Tia came IMMEDIATELY to my room & addressed the situation. I'm surprised there wasn't cable tv in the rooms. Who/what company does that this day in age? I do not believe the room was indicative of the photos represented on the website. The sink had not been properly cleaned. It was evident that food particles from……
