"Staff and clean room and parking was great"

"Outdated and poorly cleaned. We were charged an additional $180 for our room after check in because the hotel staff didn’t know what they were doing. We booked a suite with Expedia but hotel staff said we only booked a single king."

"My reservation had been canceled so I had to rebook on the spot, loosing my discount. The door to my room would not lock from the outside when I would leave. The TV remote did not work so I had to change the channel by going to the satellite box and manually changing it. I was told that there was no working remote for that room. Breakfast was a joke. No glasses for milk, very little provided. We, along with other guest, ended up going to a fast food restaurant for breakfast. Overall, a very bad experience."

"This motel was our first night in the US after a 10 hour flight and 3 hour drive. It was OK.. A bit tired, very noisy aircon but very pleasant staff and the breakfast option was welcome. It is convenient for Tallulah Falls and Gorge which is why we stayed."
