The water is stunning, especially in the mornings when it’s calm and glassy. We spent evenings on the deck, snorkeled the small reef right by the house, and saw many fish. The swing under the deck over the water is a fun, unique touch.A unique feature of this home is the two “bunk rooms” underneath the house, which were a really cool experience for our teenage daughters. The views from these rooms are incredible, and they loved having their own space. This setup is best suited for families with teens or adults, as the rooms are accessed by exterior steps.The home is extremely well equipped. We cooked most of our meals at the house and never found ourselves missing anything. There were games, coolers, beach towels, snorkels, fishing poles, kayaks, and more. The outside shower, ice maker, and filtered water were very convenient.The house was comfortable and well maintained, with great internet, no power issues, and a very helpful washer and dryer. The host was fantastic—responsive and helpful throughout our stay.One quick note for future guests: the property is about 5-7 minutes off the main road via a rocky, unpaved drive. The first night felt a bit like an adventure movie moment (“are we going the right way?” ), but it quickly became a non-issue. The privacy and quiet are absolutely worth it.We would happily stay again!"

"We enjoyed our stay in kookaburra studio apartment. The room was clean and we had all the amenities we needed. The beach chairs and cooler that were provided were a nice surprise. Small issue and they were right there to take care of it. Great location. Can easily travel from north to south end. We did not use the pool because we were exploring and on the beaches but it is there and maintained if you care to. Also, beautiful sunset right across the street. Would stay there again. "
