"The fan in the bathroom didn’t work. One of the lamps was broken. We were supposed to have a queen bed but got a full size bed. When I went and told the staff member he kept saying it is a queen. He never came to the room and checked so instead of getting upset about it I just left it go."

"Breakfast and the apartment style room is exactly why my family stays here every time we come to Cleveland. Really enjoy the Happy Hour drinks as well. Staff on my last stay were awesome and extremely friendly. "

"Very nice place to stay the night. Prompt check in, very clean from top to bottom. Room was quite nice too. Very comfy bed and very quiet!"

"The hotel is very clean. The rooms were very spacious. And the staff is so genuine and friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again when visiting the Cleveland area."

"Our room was quite small. The pool was cold and the hot tub is permanently closed. Disappointing since it was spring break & the entire reason for booking was for those amenities. "

"Had to get a room due to power outage where we live and eta for next day. With the temps and unable to cook at home and charge our phones the availability to get a room was great. A bit pricey for one night. Quite nosey but that’s to be expected. Our room was clean but you can tell things that were unused like the makeup wipes weren’t replaced and had a stain on the packaging. The front desk did there job. If I needed to stay here again for an emergency I’d stay again. "

"Shower didn't work, stains on the carpet, to much light came in from the window from street, hard to sleep. Road noise as well."
