“Lovely, clean suite. Appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Grounds were well kept. Breakfast (especially Friday & Saturday) were good. Staff were exceptionally helpful. It's been quite a while since I stayed in a Residence Inn but I remember that the kitchen had more cooking and eating utensils. Pretty sparse in that regard and the coffee cups were tiny. That was the only negative. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Paint was peeling off the ceiling tub floor was dirty. For a handicap room surprise that it had a tub and not a walk in shower When I checked in. Clerk showed me my room on a floor plan with people behind me that could see where I was staying. That made me a little nervous.”

“I am so satisfied with my stay here. The prices are by far the best in all of the Cleveland area. The staff has been extremely helpful and supportive throughout. There are a large handful of food options within a few miles. And it’s literally right off of the highway. I would recommend this place to everybody. Thank you Willow Lodge!”
