"Great place to stay."

"This is super convenient to Rocket arena which is why we stayed here and have stayed him probably 6 or 7 times in the last 2 years. Our room stunk like cigars, the shower was disgusting and the floor needed a sweep. I talked to the front desk they said they could move us to a king no couch, it was me and my 2 sons, they said they would clean it when we went to the game. That didnt happen and by the time we came back it was 1030 and we were tired. I mentioned to front desk in the morning and got blown off. I was not looking for a handout just some kind of apology. "

"My toilet seat was completely off I had to call front desk to fix it. When I walked out my room I smelled sewage. The furniture in the room had rips in it. Also valet caused my car battery to die when I came out to get my car the passenger door was open. Don’t must’ve stayed open all night. Also my passenger window stop rolling down.. "

"there was a bed bug on one of our beds but they switched us to a different room right away even though it was late at night. sometimes it can be loud, especially during the weekend and since the main lobby is located in the center of the building and all the rooms face inwards towards it. "
