“A lovely stay. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. Delicious breakfast. Comfortable, clean and well maintained rooms. Lots of thought and high quality touches have been put into this B&B.”

“Nice staff.good service”

“I was in the Abatellis room. Loved the high ceiling, large bed & bathroom, and 3 windows including a terrace. The room was maintained welled and spot clean. The host was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was provided at a local Bar one block away. Was able to enjoy Granitas at Summer day. Overall an wonderful experience!”

“Excellent ”

“Spacious room, well maintained. Location very convenient.”

“Staff were very helpful. Was in a very central location to shopping and restaurants”

“We booked a city view room, but was given a dingy room facing a dingy patio with loud AC noise and not pleasant to look at. We communicated with the host and the reply was that they can not do anything as all rooms are booked, just offered some breakfast coupons, worth 5 bucks each at the most. This is not a hotel, it is an apartment turned into rooms on one floor of the building with no amenities. The plumbing is old with murky water and rumbling when you turn the facets on. Hard to communicate……

“This place is exactly as it is in the photos. A fantastic finish and money well spent on renovating this property. And plenty of space. Communication was great but instructions a bit complicated. The one thing that would have topped the visit, would have been having a fridge in the room. There is.a communal fridge downstairs, but one in the room would be better. All in all I would recommend. Thank you”

“不會再去”

“LOVED everyone here! Great location and amazing stay! Thank you!!”

“Tutto perfetto! Ci ritornerò sicuro :)”

“只住了一个晚上房间有个漂亮的邻街阳台但却不能打开阳台的门 因为噪音太大 其他都还不错”

“Great location!”

“By far, the best hotel in Palermo. The Teatro Massimo suite was gorgeous. I didn’t want to leave! I had a lot of heavy luggage and traveling solo and the staff helped me with my bags and did not charge me a late check out fee. The room had everything and even came with a flat iron. lol I was in heaven. Grazie mille per tutti, Rosy!”

“Great location! Helpful staff. Clean room.”

“Very comfortable stay, staff was nice and friendly. Room was quite clean and big enough for a couple. The balcony was a nice addition. A little street noise but not an issue for us at all. Convenient location for bus transportation to airport, about 15 minutes to Quattro Canti and another 10 for the Duomo. A little far to walk to the central train station but doable without luggage.”

“Clean, good air conditioning, well maintained. Very good value for money. Coffee machine in the bedroom much appreciate. Could leave my luggage at the place.”
