“We stayed in this apartment for a week this winter. It was lovely to get out of the cold and enjoy the Florida winter warmth. The apartment was perfect for us. The king size bed was comfortable, and there was room to stretch out in the living room area. It was super close to restaurants and the beach. I would highly recommend this property if you want to stay in this vicinity.”

“The initial property was exactly as expected - small, just for two - and very clean. The fridge didn't seem to be cooling and our host responded almost immediately. She offered another property across the street that was an upgrade right away. Not something she had to do, but appreciated that she wanted to make sure all went well. Her properties were both lovely, clean and right where we wanted to be.”

“We had a wonderful stay on singer island. The unit was spacious and very clean, the beach was amazing and the hotel staff very nice. Greats pools for kids if the beach isn’t your thing. This location is great…easy drive to great restaurants and activities and property manager was very helpful with restaurant and activity recommendations. ”

“The condo was wonderful. Clean, spacious and cozy with good views. It has everything you need. Depending on how long you stay you may need to get to a grocery store for paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags. There is a grocery store across th bridge (off the island). Once you leave the island it’s a bit sketchy. I would DoorDash it. The only thing that bothered us was the air conditioning. Once you shut off the lights or leave the room it goes off.
