“Lovely condo! Spacious and clean, thoughtful amenities. It was quiet during our stay, not busy at all. Walking the neighborhood and the beach was great. Saw St Augustine lit up for Christmas and Ostein’s shrimp is the very best.”

Only draw backs is you get one key fob for the potential 6 people it sleeps And that didn't work well however the renters left us another key fob (to enter the building) a day later after we requested it -- we also has 2 rolls of toilet paper (for 6 people) and 2 garbage bags. “Condo was very clean and had all necessary day to day items.”

“Condo was well equipped and clean. We enjoyed the king bed and amenities. Having a washer/dryer available was nice. We also enjoyed having a real outside patio, last unit we stayed in did not have balcony patio. Restaurants so close is also very nice. Building does have a bit if a funky smell but unit did not. Parking was also a little but of a drag as we thought we had a garage space but another vehicle was parked there for the entirety of our stay. They said they were told to park in spot 78……

“Had to leave the rental unit within a few hours from check-in as a neighboring unit was smoking and the smell was so strong in the unit I was renting. While this unit is a non-smoking unit, other units within this building allow smoking.”
