“Let me start with the good points since there are very few : the look of the room - beautiful
Now the rest, I’m an experience traveller and experienced in hospitality and I am ensuring that this hotel can charge such a high price or the poor service provided :
- we cannot driving ourselves and it’s been impossible to find the hotel : the pin location is not accurate (the hotel is located almost an hour from kandy im the countryside) and there are no sign anywhere to indicate the right……

“Locate on the peak of the mountain, have to drive a very narrow way to the top, too many insects in the room otherwise it was perfect experience, shower is wide and super nice, staffs are very friendly and helpful, great view of the valley, worth every penny.”

“For our one-night stay in Kandy, this hotel was the perfect base, centrally located and easy to get around from. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and our room was comfortable and well-appointed.
We were also pleased with the variety on offer at both breakfast and dinner buffets, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of Kandy.”

“Helpful staff, good location and a short walk to the lake.
The room was a good size and the bed was huge and comfortable.
Plus the shower has the hottest water in Sri Lanka!
The internet signal can be a little inconsistent ok if your rooms are near reception but signal quality drops if your at the end of the hotel?”
