“Staff were very attentive and helpful at all times. Breakfast well stocked and varied for even a fussy eater like me. The outdoor and indoor pools were clean and deck chairs and areas all clean and well looked after. Very good standard of cleanliness in main part. The room we had had very good amenities and was spacious. They do need updating as the bathroom was tired looking and the bedroom furniture. Lounge area of room had modern furniture. Bed and air conditioners were very good. Be warned……

“We had a lovely stay. The apartment was spacious and clean. Only problems were trivial but there were a few of them. The kettle and Iron didn’t work and there was no hair drier as stated. Although we brought towels we didn’t think about dish towels and cloths. Bring these with you. Lastly, none of the taxi drivers knew the address. Finally a driver told us to ask to go to Chloraka Terrace and they would find that. All that said, I would recommend the complex and be happy to go back.”

“The location of this hotel is very far from the city center of phfos (90 mins bus). We arrive the hotel at around 8 pm and the reception said there is no room available in the hotel. The reception said there is a room nearby and provide us only one return taxi for it but did not give us the detail location of the new allocated room. It takes 45 mins taxi up the hill to the new room. When we arrived the new room, it is not a hotel,just a normal apartment hold by other company and do not have any……

“Great location, just 250m from the beach, but with a fairly large pool and plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas/shade. Very good breakfast selections should suit all tastes. Front desk staff were extremely helpful and entertainments team were very enthusiastic and energetic, both during the day and for the evening entertainment. The hotel is about a 30 mins walk from the harbour, or a short 2 Euro bus ride from just outside the hotel for the less energetic.”

“Got to the hotel and given a room at first I genuinely thought I had been given a room at a 1970s russian camp. The guy at the desk was asleep and didn't speak a lick of English. We didn't get told about the sauna or the jacuaazi which is still not working or built not sure which After our 7 days visit in truth is was pretty decent.
