“Omgeeee!!! I can’t begin to say how amazing this property is!! Richman and the other young lady were so responsive and communication was on point. The pictures do the house no justice, just absolutely perfect!!! It was 19 of us there celebrating my 40th bday and it was more than enough room. It’s always the little things for me too, like the water pressure was good and hot even with all of us using it, they started us off with ample amount of garbage bags and tissue, even though they didn’t have……

“Ein Haus mit eigener Garage in der Nähe zum Strip (die nächtliche Sicht von der Straße aus ist beeindruckend), aber sehr ruhige Nachbarschaft. Obwohl das Haus nicht gereinigt war als wir Abends 8 Uhr ankamen, wurde es sehr zeitnah und gut gesäubert. Sehr gute Kommmunikation. Das Haus mit 2 Schlafzimmern ist groß und gemütlich eingerichtet. Je eine Lampe mehr pro Zimmer wäre gut, so ist es recht dunkel bzw muss das Schranklicht als Beleuchtung dienen. Der Küchenherd ist etwas ramponiert, aber es……

“Quiet neighborhood close to airport and the strip and close to shopping. Great park across the street for dogs. Very clean, comfortable home - pool not heated. Host Rich was very responsive. Nice spot!”

“My family traveled to Las Vegas for my daughter’s football tournament. My older daughter just had a baby so she did not want to stay in a hotel or somewhere full of people. This house was perfect. It was like being at home!! This home was super comfortable and inviting there was even a high chair for the baby! The beds were so soft and everyone had their own room. The host responded really fast. I highly recommend this property if you’re traveling with a big group or just want to avoid hotels.”

“The hotel is in a great location on the Strip, the access to shopping nearby and restaurants and CVS. The Casino had everything we needed too. We will stay again! The room was very clean, my husband brings cleaning wipes to every hotel we stay in. He cleaned everything in the room, he said it was the cleanest room he has stayed in. ”

“The room was awesome, we had the Bellagio Fountain View on the 27 floor which was awesome, the only issue I had was having to wait for check in when I paid for early check in online and the in room tablet did not work and I informed both front desk 2 times but nobody ever came to fix it, other than that, the place is fantastic.”

“Very nice central location, Not quite pool season so the hot tub and pool were not ready, beds were very comfortable. Nice layout of the house. Garage parking was a nice option. Had a great stay will book again someday.”

“We enjoyed our stay very much. The house had a lot of space for me and 5 kids. The kids loved the pool and ping pong table. They asked to stay at the house again the next time we come visit family. Speaking with the manager was seamless and he was very responsive. It was a nice experience.”

“This home is very comfortable with a good sized fenced yard with a small pool and spa. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was adequately stocked with the necessities and you get to use the single car garage to park in! The neighborhood is quiet. It is easy access to the airport and to the strip with everything you might need nearby from groceries to clothing.”

“The penthouse was very nice with small issues. One morning the elevator did not work. Another day the jacuzzi emptied itself. Jacob was very responsive on both problems.”
