Seats too close together. I’m 260 lbs and got stuck with a Sumo guy next to me!

Staff was seasoned and tired but did well for the bumpy flight. One attendant put off a terrible vibe and looked annoyed at everything I and the stranger next to me requested. Perhaps our seats are loder than others or her voice was soft because I had ti ask her to repeat and I think that is what upset her

Softer more comfy seats.

My seat entertainment system audio did not work. Made for the flight to feel very long.

Dec 23, 2019

Flight crew was amazing and the flight was 39 minutes early!

Good flight in all areas

Gate-checked a walker, when it was brought up from under the plane, it was actually opened and ready to be used. Other airlines just bring it up and prop it against the wall. Was a small thing, but much appreciated!
